Machining

Machining has been integral with Weco since our beginning in 1952. We have the capability to completely machine your part "in house" with the best and most efficient process. We use CNC lathes, CNC vertical mills and drilling machines for machining steel, iron, brass, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, phenol, delrin, nylon and plastics into the required parts. Machine work is also done using manual milling machines, lathes and grinders to produce fixtures, dies, molds or a small number of parts.

We maximize our ability to attain and hold close tolerances and good surface finishes by using the latest cutting tools and inserts. Our well trained staff is encouraged to catch problems and notice defects before they reach our QA department or our customers.
