Accu-Dyne, Inc. combined with Apollo Tool and Die in July of 2007. The combination of these two companies allowed them to become more efficient and better serve the combined machining and metal fabrication needs of their customers. The new combined company, Lakefront Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. realized in short time they must continue growing, further extending their capabilities.

Weco acquired the Lakefront customer base in the spring of 2011 along with a strong group of talented and experienced employees. Our combined customer base now extends throughout the east coast and expands our complete in-house product manufacturing capability.

Lakefront manufactured an extensive array of chassis, built to industry standards or to your specific requirements, either assembled or in kit form. They created chassis for commercial printers, military, medical and telecommunications applications, and for many other industries. Lakefront handled the project from start to finish, providing additional components, hardware, painting, silk screening, and plating. The custom-finished chassis you receive is ready for installation.

When they produced prototypes, the engineers had the opportunity to evaluate all phases of production. This allowed Lakefront to suggest cost savings in the design during the early stages, before committing to production or hard tooling.

By using Lakefront's short run capabilities in parallel with the building of hard tooling, they could ship components and fabrications to our customers with reduced lead times so you can ship to your customers sooner.
